FDTI – the Foundation for the Promotion of Information Technologies - is
responsible for disseminating ICT knowledge and use in Portugal, and the
organization was, naturally, one of the institutions responsible for the
recent(?) EU Conference on Delivering the Lisbon Agenda. During the

 Tallinn (EE)/Hamburg (GER), October 2007 – Based on the
strategic plan 2007 – 2012, the Estonian IT Foundation - the legal body of
the Estonian eLearning Development Centre – has decided to extend the
existing Blackboard Campus Edition Learning System for universities and
vocational, and secondary schools in the country. Of the more than 2000
courses taken by over 21,000 university students annually, 79% run on
Campus Edition.
