The agreement will allow the local distribution of dp's award-winning Speexx language- learning solutions and the development of new localised services and content specifically for the Chinese market. UIBE has 153 Learning Centres, where Speexx will be supported by local Chinese-speaking UIBE trainers. UIBE and dp have agreed to establish UIBE GaoYuan Foreign Languages Online at UIBEGLOBAL.COM. Using this secure portal, the two parties will deliver a fixed point for students to access online learning with qualified face-to-face coaching for improvement with an interactive question-and-answer forum.
