St. Gallen (CH), November 2013 - VIS 2013, the first Online Conference on Virtual and Digital Storytelling, is being organized by the Swiss Distance University of Applied Sciences (FFHS) and SWITCH. VIS 2013 will bring together national and international experts in the field of eLearning, teachers, researchers, stakeholders, and other interested persons. In particular, all members of the eduhub community are welcome to join the Conference as participants.
This half-day online conference, which starts at 13.30 h, on the topic "Learning with Stories in Education and Business", presents personal and institutional experiences and visions about the use of stories in learning settings. The Conference will be held online with SWITCHinteract. Keynote Joe Lambert, founder of the Center for Digital Storytelling in Berkeley, CA, USA, will share his experiences about digital storytelling with the participants.
