Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and University President, the Congress 2014 - the scientific forum on excellence and quality - once again brings together the three scientific conferences on eLearning excellence, quality management, and healthcare and environment.
