The Social Learning Leaders Masterclass is designed specifically for heads of L&D wishing to take charge of the self-directed learning revolution and lead their organisations towards a unified digital and social learning culture.

It is intended that masterclass participants will gain the knowledge and confidence to be able to

• clarify to their executives the impact of the Social Age and the demands for change in organisational leadership and culture
• develop the fundamental capabilities that their organisation will need to become fit for the Social Age
• apply the most critical digital and learning strategies to their portfolio
• effectively communicate typical budget savings and investment using real-world examples.

Sea Salt Learning will deliver the masterclass, providing delegates with a team of social-learning experts, virtual community spaces on popular social networks, supporting collateral, and access to real-world case studies and business information.

Heading up the delivery team will be Sea Salt Learning's founder, Julian Stodd, who regularly publishes books and articles on the strategy and implementation of learning, leadership, and cultural change. "We are really looking forward to working with the LPI to develop professionals who challenge the status quo of learning delivery – using the opportunities of the Social Age." said Stodd.
