Teaching and Learning Will Change

Tallinn, March 2006 - The objective of this conference, which will take place April 7 - 8, 2006 at the Tallinn University, is to discuss the future of Estonian higher education and introduce various solutions offered by novel pedagogical approaches and technological innovations.

The extensive program includes contributions by international organizations, such as EIfEL and EFQUEL and also sessions and workshops with representatives of the Estonian Ministry of Education and Research, as well as the Universities of Tallinn, Tartu, and the eCampuses of St.Petersburg College in Florida, USA.
