New International Conference on eLearning
Shah Alam (MY), May 2007 - I-Learn Centre of Universiti Teknologi Mara Shah Alam, Malaysia will be organizing the first UiTM international conference, entitled eLearning 2007, in Shah Alam, Malaysia from 12 to 14 December 2007. Researchers, academics, and practitioners are invited to present their research findings and works in progress within the field of eLearning.
UiTM is Malaysia's premier institution of higher learning and has experienced phenomenal growth since its inception in 1956. The University has expanded nationwide, with three satellite campuses, twelve branch campuses, eight city campuses, nineteen affiliated colleges, and a "smart campus for the future". Its formation is based on a vision of outstanding scholarship and academic excellence that is capable of providing leadership in all fields of internationally recognized professional study. This serves as catalyst for greater strides in the development of the University and the nation.
