ELearning Excellence in the Middle East 2009
Dubai (UAE), August 2008 - E-TQM College is pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Forum on eLearning Excellence in the Middle East 2009: Inspire, Innovate, Initiate & Impact and invites all those engaged in the implementation of excellence in eLearning to share their experience and practice by submitting research papers, case studies, viewpoints, and reviews.

The 2nd Annual Forum on eLearning Excellence in the Middle East 2009 will bring together eLearning professionals, experts, practitioners, researchers, and educators from around the world to discuss the future of education and eLearning and the development and implementation of eLearning in both the academic and corporate worlds. The forum will provide a platform to address and discuss matters related not only to technical, pedagogical, and management of eLearning but also social, psychological, and cultural considerations that may be of specific relevance to the region.

Topics of interest for the upcoming forum include, but are not limited to:

Call for Papers and Key Timelines

To submit a paper at the upcoming forum, abstracts of 150 words should be submitted together with a brief resume to elexforum@etqm.ae before 15th of August, 2008.

The technical committee will review abstracts and select authors from whom a full paper will be invited on or before 20th of September, 2008.

Full papers must be received on or before 20th November, 2008.
