Using Learn.com, The Protocol School of Washington, an organization that provides professional business etiquette and protocol training and certification, developed four specialized ecommerce-enabled courses. For the first time, the organization will be able to sell these interactive courses online. Each course includes unique features such as quizzes, online registration, and interactive training videos.


"Before implementing Learn.com we offered five-day classroom-based training courses, but now we are able to meet the needs of a much broader audience by developing online training courses that are 30-45 minutes long and available 24/7", said Sarah Putlock, Director of Customer Relations and Marketing at The Protocol School of Washington.
