Hamburg (GER), January 2010 - Situational Leadership® II, developed by The Ken Blanchard Companies in 1985 and now a widely used leadership development model, will be available in Germany from February 2010.
Programmes will be taught in Germany by Els Kaelen, a speaker specialising in leadership development and cultural-awareness issues. A results-focused, highly skilled consultant and trainer, she has worked with Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries on a global scale. She is fluent in French, German, English, and Dutch.
