Athens (GR), April 2010 - the first International Conference on technology-enhanced learning "Tech-Education" held has extended its call for papers for post-conference proceedings. The new deadline for articles submissions is 25 April 2010.
Tech Education 2010 is being held at the American College of Greece in Athens on
19 - 21 May and is an academic conference focusing on technology-enhanced learning, the quality of teaching and learning, and reforming education. Topics of interest include learning technologies, quality of education, educational systems, evaluation, and pedagogies.
This call is for the post-conference proceedings volume. All accepted papers will be published in a Springer Post Conference Proceedings Volume and will be also published in one of the sponsoring journals of the post-conference volume.
TECH-EDUCATION 2010 is a bold effort to foster debate on the global need in turbulent times to invest in education and to go beyond the verbalisms. It aspires to be the leading academic conference for technology-enhanced learning.
Sponsoring journals include the Journal of Workplace Learning, the International Journal of Virtual and Personal Learning Environments (IJVPLE), the International Journal of Learning Technology (IJLT), the International Journal of Distance Education Technologies (IJDET), and the International Journal of Sustainability in Higher Education.
