Brightwave Wins Double Gold at eLearning Awards 2010

Brighton (UK), November 2010 - Brighton-based eLearning specialists Brightwave scooped up two gold awards at the annual prestigious ELearning Awards. This follows the company's holding the coveted ELearning Development Company of the Year accolade over the past year.

Brightwave won the gold eLearning Compliance Award for "meeting the needs of compliance for an external regulator or an internal workforce" with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and "best use of rapid eLearning content" with Bupa Health and Wellbeing UK.

Charles Gould, Brightwave's MD says, "Following a highly successful year for us as eLearning Development Company of the Year, we're absolutely thrilled to top it off with two further ELearning Gold Awards.

"Both awards are in recognition of the magnificent design and customer-led approach the whole team embraces at Brightwave and our commitment to make a real impact for all of our clients. It's a huge testament to the team's ongoing hard work, dedication, and creativity, and we're looking ahead to 2011 with real optimism and more strong expected growth", continues Gould.

Brightwave's Compliance eLearning Award recognises the company's bespoke video eLearning portal, which was created to train all PwC employees in compliance. Not only did the portal create a memorable, personalized, and applied learning experience that changed behaviour, but it also provided a better assessment practice and robust audit trail.

The best use of rapid eLearning content award recognises Brightwave's large-scale rapid-eLearning programme incorporating 400 modules that was developed for Bupa to train staff in the company's new unified system.
