The QA Green Project Management™ courses put sustainability at the heart of the project- management design process and will help project managers consider sustainability in all aspects of project or programme delivery. The course covers elements such as directing project outcomes towards energy efficiency, emissions (carbon) reduction, water efficiency and waste minimization.
