gomo learning to Launch Native App Capability
Brighton (UK), January 2016 - gomo learning is delighted to announce the launch of a revolutionary learning distribution method, the gomo central app, at Learning Technologies 2016. The gomo central app allows teams to deploy multi-device learning content direct to devices at a global scale. By harnessing the power of gomo, teams can publish content to devices in minutes, giving learners easy access to training on the device of their choice.
The app supports xAPI tracking, offline learning and dynamic content updates. It will be available from the Apple and Android app stores.
To mark the launch, Mike Alcock, MD at gomo will be presenting the seminar session "Solving the challenge of global eLearning content distribution" at Learning Technologies 2016. The presentation will look at some of the problems faced by global learning teams and how the gomo central app can help to overcome them.
"The evolution of gomo continues apace. In 2014, gomo started life as a pure HTML5 authoring tool. In 2015, we launched the gomo learning suite, allowing users to distribute content instantly from the gomo cloud. With the launch of the gomo central app, we now have a complete solution, catering fully to the needs of mobile and disconnected users. There is no other authoring tool in the world that offers the same kind of content distribution capabilities as gomo. We now allow organisations to get content to learners instantly, on any device, with full offline access and reporting." Mike Alcock said.
The gomo central app joins four other cloud-based learning distribution methods (the gomo central portal, LMS embed, direct link, and website embed) within the gomo learning suite. The end-to-end suite allows teams to seamlessly create, host, update, and track beautiful multi-device learning using one tool.
gomo will launch the gomo central app at the Learning Technologies exhibition (03-04 February 2016), where the multi-award winning learning suite will be at stand B21 as part of the Learning Technologies Group plc. Attendees can see a demo of the gomo central app on the hour every hour at B21 during the two-day exhibition.
