Guildford (UK), June 2009 - CMEurope is expanding its training services through a partnership with Cobent Limited. CMEurope is the European division of the Australian-based HR outsourcing and recruitment company Chandler Macleod Group. CMEurope's services extend further than its Australian parent, covering the entire employment lifecycle, from marketing vacancies and candidates, to recruitment outsourcing and consultancy around organisational culture and leadership.
As part of CMEurope's strategic plans, Cobent's Learning Compliance Suite (LCS) was selected to provide clients with a way to manage training processes. Kenneth Tombs, CMEurope's Managing Director commented, "We needed to work with a credible company that would provide the business flexibility required for this additional offering to be successful. After reviewing many top-end training solutions on the market, we identified Cobent LCS system as best of breed."
Cobent's LCS will automate training throughout the employment lifecycle, reducing administration costs and improving overall efficiency. The system will allow customers to create training quickly for rapid rollout, apply business and operational logic with workflows and notifications, and run accurate real-time reports for informed decision making.
Howard Sears, Cobent's CEO comments, "We are pleased to announce this new partnership. CMEurope is dedicated to the continual improvement of its products and services, and we are excited to be a part of its offering. CMEurope is very successful in the recruitment and employment market; our partnership will allow us to share our expertise and will open new opportunities for both companies."
