Both will lead on providing support for Totara's growing network of partners and Totara clients in the UK and mainland Europe and the US respectively. Totara LMS is the distribution of Moodle for corporate clients. Launched earlier this year, over fifty organizations have already selected Totara LMS.

Andy has extensive experience in developing training and providing practical and strategic support for the use of learning technologies, particularly in the Open Source environment, having previously worked with Moodle and as a Product Manager for the Mahara ePortfolio system.

Totara's CEO Richard Wyles comments, "I have worked with Andy before, and it's very exciting to be building such a high-caliber team to support the growth of Totara. Andy has been providing strategic advice and supporting effective implementation of eLearning for most of the past decade, both in the United Kingdom and New Zealand. He is a long-time Moodle expert, and he's now a Totara expert supporting our efforts to transform the LMS marketplace."

Willem has over eleven years of experience in the learning-and-development field in multiple sales and business development roles focused on eLearning, learning strategy, and sales development. Additionally, Willem spent the early part of his career in the technology and IT infrastructure services industry focused on sales to the Fortune 500.

These are the first in a series of channel-manager appointments to support Totara's global network of partners and clients.
