TIS further has announced a free immersive "simulation" learning workshop on 14 December 2011 at London's Taj Hotel, where TIS will show how blended business simulations can be used in a real-life business-training environment.




What can you teach in 100 seconds?

Veteran eLearning professionals at Tata Interactive Systems have created a simple, user friendly Word-document template that you fill in and send to them. This document is used to co-ordinate the production of "learning nuggets". Training professionals can broadcast these short-but-powerful training nuggets from their own broadcast console, which TIS installs on their PC or Laptop.

As a training professional for a bank (or any other corporation) that has just launched a whole new range of term deposits (or insurance products or any other product or service), you can remind your top management team of the details of these products and create short learning messages with audio, video, and interactivity in the regular local TV format. From your own laptop, using the specially installed broadcast console software and your regular computer network system, you can then broadcast these nuggets of information to your selected target audience.

Learning topics include "how to manage your meetings more effectively", "how to sell more powerfully", and more. Currently, TIS has off-the-shelf and ready-to-deploy nuggets for personal-effectiveness training, communication training, and banking-services training and it has the capability to create customized nuggets for its clients based on content the client provides.
