Impactful Partnerships in Learning and Development
Brussels (BE), February 2012 - The EFMD Excellence in Practice Awards attract case studies showcasing outstanding Learning and Development (L&D) partnerships. The programme described in the case should be deployed by an organisation either together with its in-house L&D unit or with an external L&D provider.
Fields can include leadership, professional, talent, and organization
development. Case studies must demonstrate operational excellence (e.g. sustainable partnership and effective learning environment); excellent programme management (e.g. design, delivery, evaluation, selection methodology of participants); and above all strong business impact (e.g. alignment with corporate strategy, impact for company; incorporation in corporate HR processes).
The deadline for the submission of cases is 01 May 2012. Information session webinars will be organised on 28 February and 15 March. All are invited to join these virtual meetings, which will answer questions about the Awards.
