Learning Technologies Conference Programme Announced
London (UK), November 2012 - The organisers of the Learning Technologies Conference have published the conference programme for its upcoming event on 29-30 January 2013 at London's Olympia 2: Europe's leading conference for organisational learning and the technology used to support learning at work.
With keynote addresses, case studies, café sessions, theory presentations, practical debate, and a wide range of collaborative and networking opportunities, Learning Technologies is a great opportunity to listen to and interact with some of the leading thinkers, visionaries, and practitioners in workplace learning today. The Learning Technologies Conference is in its thirteenth year and has become a respected and important annual debate in the learning sector: "It covers key developments in organisational learning and the technology used to support learning at work. The event will attract around 450 L&D professionals, with a further 5,000 visiting the exhibitions that run alongside the Conference. The January 2013 event will be the biggest we have run so far, and we are looking forward to putting on a great event," said Learning Technologies 2013 Conference Chair, Donald H Taylor.
The 2013 conference features keynote addresses from Nicholas Negroponte and Gerd Leonhard and features a wide range of sessions across four conference tracks. The speakers include Allison Rossett, Robert Brinkerhoff, Tony Buzan, Michael Bungay Stanier, Itiel Dror, Steve Wheeler, Stephen Heppell, Donald Clark, Nigel Paine, and Lord David Puttnam. There will also be presentations from some of our most important corporations, including British Army, Friend Life Group, Lloyds Banking Group, Mars, Panasonic, Philips, Volvo Cars, and Western Union.
