Jurys Inn's learners continue to "Grow" with Totara

London (UK), July 2013 - Jurys Inn is a hotel chain with over 1,900 employees working in a busy 24/7 environment in 35 locations across the UK and Ireland. With a growing distributed workforce comprising a young demographic, comprehensive and engaging learning was key to success. The rollout of Totara LMS across the organisation has had a dramatic impact: reduced payroll costs associated with learning and 1,840 users successfully trained through a blended program.

This was just the start: almost one year on and the Jurys Inn HR team are keen to build on this success.  Working closely with Totara Platimum Partner Learning Pool is enabling Jurys Inn to further enhance their "Grow" induction program for staff. Plus, they are seeing the opportunities Totara LMS’ continued innovation provides with tools such as Open Badges for accreditation.
