Hong Kong (HK), November 2013 - NetDimensions, a global provider of performance, knowledge, and learning-management systems, has announced the conclusion of Next Steps 2013, the company’s annual global user conference with record attendance numbers in London, Chicago, and Shanghai. Next Steps is the must-attend event of the year for NetDimensions' user community worldwide. This year the event drew over 250 users, representing over 120 organizations and over twenty countries.
"Every year, we are impressed by the innovative ways our clients are taking advantage of our technology," said Alex Poulos, Chief Marketing Officer at NetDimensions.
"A number of our clients shared their success stories as part of the conference program, ranging from implementing their very first learning management system to adopting the full NetDimensions Talent Suite; personalizing the user experience for their employees; launching new mobile technologies like the NetDimensions Talent Slate; and deploying compliance analytics and big data."
Hosted across three continents, Next Steps attracts knowledge, learning, talent, HR, and compliance experts from all over the globe to share best practices, teach, and learn new things that they can put into practice back in the workplace, as well as to debate new ways to achieve better results in terms of talent management.
More Interactive and More Engaging than Ever
"We take our clients’ feedback seriously. After last year’s conference, our clients said they wanted more interactive sessions and more chances to play an active role at Next Steps," explained Poulos. "We did just that: We provided more opportunities for them to join in on panel sessions, take part in roundtables, and attend informal networking events with other NetDimensions clients and partners."
