New Appointments for Brightwave's Solutions Team
Brighton (UK), May 2014 - Next-generation learning expert Brightwave has announced the appointment of Fiona Nunn as Head of Solutions Operations and Phil Horton as Head of Solutions Sales in its growing bespoke business.
Following Brightwave's strong financial performance last year, which saw growth in sales and revenues, as well as key new client acquisitions and commercial success for total learning system tessello, Brightwave has further strengthened its solutions business with these two new senior-level appointments.
Fiona Nunn moves to the newly created role of Head of Solutions Operations within Brightwave's bespoke division, a role that has been created in response to the growth in this part of the business. With over twenty years' experience in eLearning, together with a background in TV and corporate communications, Fiona occupies the unique position of having combined experience across learning-design and project-management roles, bringing an all-important focus on the customer journey to her new role.

Collaborative sales strategy
Phil Horton assumes the role of Head of Solutions Sales in Brightwave's bespoke business. Phil has worked at senior levels in online learning for over twelve years, with a diverse client group. With extensive project and risk-management experience in sectors including construction and financial services, Phil brings a focus on excellent client care to Brightwave's sales strategy and is committed to developing long-term and mutually beneficial relationships between Brightwave and its customers.
Phil said, "I have held different positions with a number of eLearning providers, and what attracted me to Brightwave is its brilliant team and its reputation for quality. I am keenly aware of what it means to be a Brightwave client, and I am looking forward to working with my team to continue the great work that has seen us attract new clients such as John Lewis, Carphone Warehouse, and Coca Cola".
