At LEARNTEC

The Secrets of Successful Blended Learning

London (UK)/ Karlsruhe(GER), January 2017 - Open-source learning experts Totara Learning will be sharing an insight into creating successful blended learning at LEARNTEC. The event takes place at Karlsruhe, Germany’s Trade Fair Centre, 24-26 January 2017.

Andy Kirk, Channel Partner Manager for EMEA, will be talking about how to create the right blend of formal, informal, online, and offline learning to support learners, as well as how to use today’s learning technology to ensure learning is delivered to the right people at the right time. This session will be useful for L&D teams looking to implement a more effective blended programme in 2017.

As well as this, there will also be four Totara Partners from Germany and Austria attending the event:

  • Synergy Learning - stand B38, Halle 1
  • LearnChamp - stand D40, Halle 1
  • eLeDia - stand E5, Halle 1
  • Ka:media - stand F60_5, Halle 1 (as part of Bitkom)

Andy Kirk said, "LEARNTEC is a really inspiring event to be involved with and promises to be even more so this year. Totara's brand has been steadily growing in Germany, thanks to the great work of our partners in the region. The release of Totara LMS 9 brings some powerful new enhancements, including a big upgrade of the blended eLearning capabilities through the seminars module."

Synergy Learning’s Alex Büchner will also be presenting a German-language session called "Individualität vs. Konformität; mit Open-Source LMS den Spagat meistern" (Individuality vs. Conformity; Mastering the Balancing Act with an Open Source LMS) on 26 January at 09.50. This session will cover different ways to achieve results-driven learning through Totara LMS implementations.

LearnChamp will be hosting free drinks on the last day of the event at their stand. Anyone is welcome to join the team to enjoy the end of the exhibition.

Totara Learning is proud to be sponsors of LEARNTEC 2017, the 25th installment of one of Europe’s leading digital-learning exhibitions. Over 7,000 delegates are expected to visit the 2017 event, with more than 240 vendors sharing the latest solutions in learning and development.
