Totara Learning hosts first-ever EMEA Totara User Conference
London (UK), April 2019 - Totara Learning will be hosting its first-ever EMEA Totara User Conference; the event takes place in London, 15-16 May 2019. The EMEA Totara User Conference is designed for new and existing Totara subscribers, along with anyone interested in finding out more about Totara and how it is used by organisations worldwide.
The Conference will bring together insights from Totara’s product team, including product roadmaps and the showcasing of useful features, information about the Totara Community, and a panel discussion exploring the future direction of learning technology. The attending winners of the Totara Awards will also be presented with their prizes.
The two-day event, which will be held at Glaziers Hall, comprises sessions about Totara products, best practice tips, and tricks and insights into Totara customers’ success stories from a wide range of sectors and use cases.
Senior Learning Strategist Lori Niles-Hofmann will provide the keynote on day one, with speakers from world-renowned organisations such as UNICEF, Deutsche Bahn, AG Barr, and the NHS also taking to the stage to share their insights into making the most of their Totara solutions.
The second day will consist of sessions with Totara Partners, covering topics such as reporting and analytics, social learning, and compliance training.
Lars Hyland, Chief Learning Officer at Totara Learning, said, "We are excited about meeting in person with learning professionals from across our vibrant Totara Community. The Totara platform is used in so many different sectors and use cases that there will certainly be something of direct relevance for everyone attending. If you already use Totara products, or want to learn more from those that do, then this event is tailor made for you."
Lori Niles-Hofmann said, "It is really exciting to deliver the keynote at the Totara EMEA user conference. As skills become more numerous and complex, it has never before been more important for learning professionals to ensure employees and contingent workers alike can remain relevant during disruption. My talk will focus on concrete ways we can empower our audiences and cut through the noise."
The EMEA Totara User Conference follows a highly successful APAC Totara User Conference, which took place in Melbourne, Australia in March 2019.
The event will welcome members of the Totara Community and learning professionals from a wide variety of organisations and sectors to collaborate and learn from each other’s experiences. There will also be plenty of time for networking to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to connect with other L&D experts to help overcome their common challenges.
