The Finalists Competing for L&D's Most Prestigious Honours
London (UK), November 2024 - The LPI has announced the finalists for the 2025 Learning Awards, highlighting excellence in workplace learning. Finalists, chosen for their innovation and impact, will now advance to the judging phase.
This step moves them closer to earning one of the learning sector's top recognitions. The awards, which honour excellence in workplace learning, received a record number of submissions across 21 categories, featuring entries from global brands to start-ups.
Finalists have been selected for their innovation, performance, and contributions to the field. They will now advance to the judging phase, where independent panels will evaluate and decide the bronze, silver, and gold winners. The Learning Giveback award will be determined by public vote.
The LPI's CEO, Edmund Monk, said, "Once again, I am heartened to see the workplace-learning community rising so resolutely to the challenges we face. We have been inundated with entries again this year. There is so much innovation, so much achievement, and so much passion coming from our industry right now, that there can be no doubt: the people who work in L&D are proving their essential value and positive influence on business performance.
It is these people, and the companies they work for, that the Learning Awards seeks to recognise and honour. From the established brand names to the start-ups, from seasoned leaders to those just beginning their L&D career, every finalist here has already achieved that recognition. I offer my deepest congratulations to all our finalists, and I look forward to meeting them personally at the Marriott Grosvenor House London, 13 February 2025".
The headline sponsor of the 2025 Learning Awards is RiseUp, one of Europe's leading integrated learning solutions, with more than five million active users globally.
CEO & Co-Founder at Rise Up Arnaud Blachon said, "At Rise Up, we strongly believe that learning and innovation are the keys to a brighter future of work. Our goal is to integrate personalised learning seamlessly into everyday tasks to accelerate the time to skill and ultimately improve productivity and employee retention.
Supporting the LPI's Learning Awards goes beyond recognising excellence: it's a commitment to fostering a culture of lifelong learning and development. These awards align perfectly with our values, celebrating those who drive knowledge forward, champion learner development, and use learning to guide us into a new era of progress and growth."
