Thrive Hits New Heights with Record Growth

London (UK), July 2025 - Thrive, the only all in one AI powered learning platform, recorded its strongest six months ever in the first half of 2025. 

Welcoming 28 new customers, and including the company’s biggest deal to date, Thrive generated more revenue in six months than it did in the whole of 2024, hitting a record year for the company before the end of the first half. 

Named one of The Times’ Top 50 Fastest Growing Tech Companies, the first half of 2025 saw a range of new customers join Thrive - from television production companies Lime Pictures and Lion TV, to one of the country’s busiest rail networks, South Western Railway, and the Aston Martin Aramco F1® Team.

Thrive’s growth and innovation across the industry has also earned recognition from across the tech and learning landscape in the first half of 2025. The company has picked up eight major awards and recognition on top lists so far in the first six months of this year.

With even more innovation on the horizon, the second half of 2025 is shaping up to be just as big as the first. Thrive’s roadmap is packed with smart updates – from adaptive learning journeys and custom analytics to new tools for skills, mentoring, and coaching.
