The Learning Awards 2026 Finalists are Announced
London (UK), October 2025 - The LPI has announced the shortlisted entries for The Learning Awards 2026. Finalists, chosen for their innovation and impact, will now advance to the judging phase.
This year’s competition drew a record number of entries across all 21 award categories, representing every corner of the learning sector - from global powerhouses to trailblazing start-ups.
Each finalist has demonstrated outstanding innovation, performance, and measurable impact, earning their place among the industry’s elite. They now move forward to the final judging stage, where independent panels will determine the Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners. The Learning Giveback Award will be decided by public vote.
Edmund Monk, CEO of the LPI, commented: "Once again, I am heartened to see the workplace learning community rise so resolutely to the challenges we face. The sheer number and quality of entries this year are extraordinary. It is these people, and the organisations behind them, that The Learning Awards exists to recognise and celebrate. From established global brands to agile start-ups, from seasoned leaders to those at the beginning of their journey, every finalist has already earned their place in the spotlight. I extend my warmest congratulations to them all and look forward to celebrating together at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London on 12th February 2026."
