Degreed Maestro: AI Purpose-Built for Learning

At the center of Degreed’s innovations is Degreed Maestro. Unlike general-purpose AI tools, Maestro is purpose-built for learning and powers adaptive role-play, coaching, quizzes, and real-time skill feedback that is personalized to each employee’s skills, role, and goals.

But AI alone isn’t enough. Delivering personalized learning requires context about skills, roles, and business priorities, as well as content. That’s where Degreed’s new Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server comes in.
