Learning Technologies Awards 2025

London (UK), November 2025 - The winners of the Learning Technologies Awards were announced at the glittering annual awards ceremony in London.

Over 800 people from the learning and development industry gathered in London to celebrate the best in workplace learning at the Learning Technologies Awards 2025.

More than 400 entries were received from over 30 countries, with awards presented across innovation, design and impact in learning technologies.

Aptem was named Learning Technologies Organisation of the Year for its apprenticeship management platform, and Learning Pool won a double Gold for its work with NatWest, winning Best Learning Technologies Project and Excellence in the Design of Learning Content.

Other Gold winners included Efekta Education Group for Best Learning Platform Implementation, Imparta for Use of AI in Learning, David Jordan, Holland & Barrett for Learning Designer of the Year, and The Learning Lab, which won Learning Technologies Team of the Year.

Looking ahead to 2026
Entries for next year’s programme will open in May, with registration closing in July. Submissions and judging take place in the autumn, and the learning technology community will return to London next November to celebrate the 2026 winners.
