Evidence Informed Practice Conference 2026
Birmingham (UK), February 2026 - The Evidence Informed Practice Conference (EIPC) launches for the first time on 29 May 2026 in central Birmingham, bringing together scientists, researchers, L&D practitioners, HR professionals, and anyone working on the real drivers of organisational performance.
Across a full day, the conference explores research and insight from multiple scientific fields, including psychology, neuroscience, behavioural science, and more, with a clear focus on what this means for day-to-day decisions in organisations. The programme will look at performance through three recurring organisational lenses, environment, culture, and capability, helping attendees diagnose what is really happening and choose interventions that fit reality.
The event will be chaired by Tom McDowall, Chair of the IDTX conferences and founder and principal consultant at Evolve.
Our keynote speaker is Matthew Richter, who will bring the latest thinking on self-determination theory and its application to performance and learning in the workplace.
Joining him as speakers will be: Sukhvinder Pabial, Sara L. Farwell, PhD, Maciej D. Zatonski, MD, PhD, Kurt Ewald Lindley, Joseph Devlin, Amy Brann, Elena Marie Ivanushkina, and more to be confirmed.
The event also offers certified CPD points through our delivery partner The CPD Group.
Spaces are strictly limited to 100. Tickets include the full day, including lunch, and access to recordings of all sessions.
