Southampton (UK), May 2007 - Management Milestones, the interactive online management portfolio from Jenison, has been revamped with a fresh new look and name. The skill-building courseware designed for new and developing managers and supervisors has been renamed Management Milestones - Essentials to reflect the key business critical competencies it covers. This rework has been achieved using Perform, the new rapid authoring tool from Jenison.
The key criterion for 'performing' the Management Milestones - Essentials range was to provide a portfolio of visually appealing material. It is meant to assist new and developing managers in becoming confident in their roles by covering the key topics to ensure they develop into well-rounded leaders. Steve Soper, Jenison's MD, enthusiastically supported the development. "The Management Milestones range has always provided a high quality of training material for its target audience. This new development simply means that those undertaking the training can do so in a more user-friendly environment".
Perform is a simple-to-use authoring tool that enables users to quickly and effectively develop their own material. Jenison staff were able to efficiently update the Management Milestones Courses to form the Essentials range. Perform is also suited for any organisation that wishes to produce its own courses or assessment tools or to customise those available from the Jenison portfolio.
