Endsleigh Insurance Chooses NetDimensions
Hong Kong (CN), February 2008 - NetDimensions, a global provider of learning, knowledge, and performance-management systems, has announced that Endsleigh Insurance Services Limited has chosen NetDimensions' Enterprise Knowledge Platform (EKP) as its learning management system (LMS) foundation. EKP will provide Endsleigh with a single point of focus for all learning-related information and also help with the organization of learning activities.
Endsleigh will initially use EKP to manage course information, such as user records, course details and running reports. It will also be employed to roll out regular assessments to both new and existing staff. The company later plans to integrate a course authoring tool to provide blended online solutions for distance learning as well as added support for its existing and future training programs.
Phil Bottle of Endsleigh noted, "Endsleigh had been using a mixture of solutions to keep track of learning taking place on a regular basis within the business. We deemed it imperative to move things forward and improve upon our systems and processes, and this is where EKP came in. As an organisation, we had a clear focus on what we wanted and needed in an LMS. We chose NetDimensions' EKP because it satisfied all of our requirements in terms of functionality".
He continued, "EKP allows us to have a single portal for all of our learning and development information. As a highly regulated industry, it is imperative that we are able to continually assess the competency of our staff, and EKP not only provides the vehicle to generate assessments but also to track results and performance. We are confident that EKP, with its superior functionality and continuing evolution, will provide us with a platform that meets our training, assessment, and certification needs for today and the future".
Mike Higgins, NetDimensions Sales Director EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), added, "I am very happy with Endsleigh's choice of EKP for its online learning and assessment platform. NetDimensions has enjoyed increasing prominence in the insurance sector, and this new "partnership" is a welcome continuation of this trend-.
