Conference: ELearning Baltics - eLBa 2008
Rostock, (GER), April 2008 - The International Scientific eLearning Conference "eLBa-Science" will take place from 18 - 19 June, at the Civic Center in Rostock. It will address all aspects of teaching and learning with digital media and present the scientific aspects of eLearning. The event was initiated by both representatives from science and business.
"ELearning Baltics" offers a scientific conference (eLBa-Science), an application forum (eLBa-Business), and a fair that offers the ideal opportunity for presenting innovative products as well as current research results. The 2008 conference focuses on the topic eLearning in working processes.
Topics of interest at the Conference include, but are not limited to:
- eLearning - in working processes, in learning processes, and for seniors
- Communication, cooperation, and collaboration in learning processes;
computer-supported cooperative learning (CSCL) - Game-based learning and training
- Didactic for eLearning; game didactics
- Modes of learning and teaching; scenarios for learning and teaching
- Learning technologies, learning platforms, and learning programs
- Best practice; examples from professional use
Submissions until April 7, 2008 via email. Extended abstracts of 1-3 pages should be written in English or German.
