Questionmark adds Multilingual Interfaces
Norwalk, CT (USA), July 2010 - Assessment-software provider Questionmark has announced the latest version of the Questionmark™ Perception™ assessment- management system, which features new multilingual administrative, scheduling, browser-based authoring, and reporting interfaces available in English, German and Dutch.
Questionmark Perception version 5.2 builds on many of the improvements introduced earlier this year, including multilingual participant-facing interfaces available in twenty languages and a new Translation Management System that streamlines the authoring, management and delivery of multilingual online quizzes, tests, surveys, and exams.
Other enhancements to Questionmark Perception version 5.2 include new methods for using Perception's language options via QMWISe (Questionmark Web Integration Services environment), a system of web services allowing developers to control Perception from other applications.
Questionmark Perception version 5's auto-sensing, auto-sizing delivery enables authors and administrators to untether online assessments from traditional web- browser delivery so that participants may opt to take quizzes or surveys on a wide range of internet-connected mobile devices. In addition to making it easier to deliver a single online assessment to multiple types of browsers and devices, the new system makes it easier than ever to create learning and assessment mashups by embedding quizzes or surveys within wikis, blogs, web pages, portals, and social networks.
