Problems of Education in the 21st Century
Siauliai (LT), September 2010 - Problems of Education in the 21st Century is an international, periodical, peer-reviewed scientific journal issued by the SMC -œScientia Educologica; the publication is currently inviting submissions for the forthcoming issue. Papers can be submitted in Russian and English and will be peer reviewed by the International Scientific Committee for acceptance.

A full paper should be no shorter than five pages (A4 paper size, using Times New Roman 12-point font size, single-spacing, Microsoft Word format, all margins 25mm) and needs to be submitted by 10 October 2010. All non-text items in the paper (diagrams, graphs, etc. in black and white) must be inserted in the text. The APA style guidelines (available on the Internet) are to be used for references.
If the paper is in Russian, a summary in English is required (not less than half an A4 page, including the title of the paper in English; all parts of the research must be reflected in the summary).
Accepted papers undergo quality control by the editorial board. Authors are asked to present one review-recommendation together with manuscript. (Free style: please indicate exact details about reviewer - name, surname, position, scientific degree, institution.)
All authors must ensure a careful revision of the language used. The writing must be clear and accurate and employ an impersonal style. Manuscripts that are derived from a previous piece of the author's work will not be accepted.
Publication price: 14 EUR per one page.
Shipping expenses: 8 EUR (EU states) and 10 EUR (non-EU states) (for one copy of journal); Extra copy: 15 EUR.
