Creating an Effective User Experience

New York, NY (USA), April 2011 - The eLearning design course "Workplace eLearning: Creating an Effective eLearning User Experience" by Dr. David Guralnick is now offered as an eight-week online course. It focuses on the design of eLearning in workplace environments from a perspective that looks to put academic research into practice.




Real-world cases, including numerous demonstrations of real-life courses and systems, will be used to explore uses of eLearning in the workplace for both training and -œjust-in-time- performance-support purposes.

David Guralnick has been designing eLearning for over twenty years and has been the recipient of numerous eLearning design awards. He is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, where he teaches eLearning design. He is also president of the International eLearning Association, a regular keynote speaker at international conferences, and founder and chair of the International Conference on eLearning in the Workplace.

His work has been featured in Wired magazine, Training magazine (as an Editor's Choice), and the Wall Street Journal.
