Dr Michael Kusche named as new Board Member at IMC AG
Saarbrücken (GER), July 2017 - The Supervisory Board of IMC AG, under the Chairmanship of Prof. August-Wilhelm Scheer, has appointed Dr Michael Silvio Kusche to IMC’s Board of Directors effective 01 July 2017. Dr Kusche and CEO Christian Wachter now form the new leadership team at one of Europe’s market leaders for digital training.
Dr Kusche had previously been in the senior management team of the freenet Group in Hamburg, with responsibility for sales and marketing. As Publishing Director of the Jahreszeiten publishing house, he was primarily responsible for the successful transition to digital distribution, as well as the launch and expansion of the company’s New Business area. As Managing Director at the Mediafactor digital agency, he developed digital-revenue models early on for a variety of customers. Dr Kusche has also gained international experience in Lisbon and New York.

Dr Kusche will be responsible for the areas of New Business and Innovation, Content and Creation, and Marketing. By assigning him these areas, IMC AG is taking the next step to strengthening its ambitious national and international strategy for growth.
