This suite of tools has four modules that can work together or independently. Each element of the O-LAS suite has its own unique functionality.
O-LAS LMS - This powerful LMS is the core of the suite. A SCORM-compliant LMS, it features powerful reporting and tracking along with the ability to use the content library from EssentialSkillz, SCORM content created with O-LAS Author, or third-party SCORM content. Hosted online, it provides a low-cost and worry-free solution for businesses. As a scalable solution, it is also perfect for large or small organisations and for companies that will need to expand their LMS solution as they roll it out.
O-LAS Author - Powerful eLearning authoring tools can be complex to use and require highly trained content developers. O-LAS Author is a rapid authoring tool that has been designed to enable almost anyone in an organisation to create and publish eLearning courses. Simple to use, yet powerful enough to create engaging, immersive training, course creation can be done by the people who really know the subject rather than a developer. O-LAS Author can be used with O-LAS LMS to enable the rollout of a new course, or, if there is an existing SCORM LMS, the courses can be exported from O-LAS Author.
O-LAS Assess. Whether the assessment is Health and Safety related, HR related, or company specific, comprehensive assessments can be created with O-LAS Assess. Uniquely, O-LAS Assess will create user prompts if there is advice that can be given during the assessment; for example helping to reduce risks.
O-LAS Content - Offering a broad range of training courses in either Health and Safety or Employment Law, O-LAS Content is a comprehensive library of SCORM courses that can be deployed with O-LAS LMS or an existing LMS. Using O-LAS Content combined with O-LAS Author, users are able to edit and amend the courses to suit your own business requirements.
