Nottingham (UK), March 2021 - THRIVE is thrilled to announce they have appointed James Lindberg as VP of Sales to grow their US team and open an East Coast office this summer. THRIVE are already hiring across the board to scale their new US team by July.
With a number of US clients already using THRIVE LXP, including CommScope, DECIEM, and Scott Credit Union, THRIVE has announced they are set to open an East Coast office headed up by their new VP of Sales, James Lindberg.
James brings exceptional experience to THRIVE. He has worked in SaaS for over eleven years, helping a number of Fortune 500 companies, among them Yum! Brands, Amazon, and Anthem, transform their workplace learning through technology.
Speaking about his new role at THRIVE, James said, "I can't wait to get stuck into a new challenge. I've had my eye on THRIVE for a while now and have been immensely impressed with their client growth, product innovation, and company culture. So, when they came knocking with this opportunity, I couldn't say no."
Several established North American clients already use THRIVE LXP, such as CommScope, DECIEM, ESC Automation, and Scott Credit Union, and they're delighted to hear the news of their latest expansion.
Tom Verbeke, VP HR, Talent & Organizational Development at CommScope commented on their partnership, "As we set out on a mission to re-imagine learning, we wanted to equip our global employee base with the right learning experience to enable our purpose and build strategic capabilities into our business. THRIVE impressed us from the beginning through their innovative platform functionality and the potential we saw in engaging our learners in something truly unique.
"CommScope, a US-headquartered company originally out of North Carolina, found in THRIVE a partner that is willing to focus on innovation, collaborate and listen, and build success together with their customers.
"While our working relationship is equally strong in working directly with the UK Head Office, THRIVE is now investing resources, time, and effort to support their growth in the US market. This growth in the US was important for us to build local support and market knowledge further. We look forward to continuing our partnership and building a truly immersive learning culture in CommScope together."
For their current 120+ customers, the expansion means they can benefit from extended support hours and a growing global L&D network of THRIVE users. James Lindberg commented, "Establishing our physical presence in the US will spearhead significant growth for THRIVE and extend the first-class support and service we already provide our current customers at no extra cost."
THRIVE are already hiring across the board to scale their new US team by July. James Lindberg shared the career opportunities available: "This move will help us grow our THRIVE Tribe internationally, and we're looking for a team of passionate innovators to join us on the journey including an Implementation Specialist, Customer Success Manager, Sales Rep, and Head of Marketing."
