Brussels (BE), March 2010 - Open ECBCheck, the first international quality standard for ELearning programmes and institutions in international Capacity Building is now available. Initiated by Germany's InWent - Capacity Building International and EFQUEL, Open ECBCheck has been developed through a unique interagency collaboration of about 25 international capacity-building agencies and their partners, amongst them eight UN agencies.
