Best of International eLearning in Berlin
Berlin (GER), November 2007 - What is really going on in eLearning around the world? With more than 120 international eLearning developers, producers, service providers and educational organisations from 25 countries featured at the exhibition, this year's Online Educa Berlin is sure to provide answers. The major international eLearning conference and exhibition takes place from November 28 to 30. More than 2,000 learning and technology experts are expected to gather in Germany's capital, Berlin for the event.
Finland, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and the UK will represent their national eLearning industry and educational institutions with considerable numbers. Amongst the exhibitors are leading eLearning companies and organisations such as the British Institute for Learning and Development, the Norwegian Ministry of Education, the Swedish Agency for Networks and Cooperation in Higher Education, the Association of Finnish eLearning Centre and the German-Dutch Chamber of Commerce.
The conference provides insights into all aspects of technology issues related to today's learning. Virtual worlds such as Second Life, Web 2.0 applications for learning, games-based learning, eLearning in the corporate context as well as video applications in learning are high on the agenda. The use of technology at all stages of formal learning will be examined, from school to higher education, and there will be a major emphasis on lifelong learning initiatives all over Europe.
