Taoyuan (TW), February 2012 - The International Educational Technology Conference (IETC) series is an international event for academics, teachers, and educators. In 2012 it is being held from 11-13 July at the National Central University in Taoyuan, Taiwan, aiming to diffuse knowledge and research in educational and instructional technologies.
This conference promotes the development and dissemination of theoretical knowledge, conceptual research, and professional knowledge through conference activities, the conference proceeding book, and the Turkish Online Journal of Educational Technology (TOJET). Its focus is to create and disseminate knowledge about the use of instructional technology for learning and teaching in education.
The official languages of the conference are English, Turkish, and Chinese. Proposals can be sent and be presented in any of the three languages. However, only English papers will be published in Procedia - Social and Behavioral Science Journal.
TOJET (in SSCI) will publish two special issues for IETC 2012. After peer-reviewing process, selected papers will be published in October 2012 and January 2013 issues.
The proposal and abstract submission deadline is open until 02 July, with full papers required to be received by 04 July 2012, the same day that registration closes. Authors will be informed about the acceptance of their submission within four-five days.
