ELearning Excellence in the Middle East 2010
Dubai (UAE), May 2009 - The Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University has announced the third Annual Forum on eLearning Excellence in the Middle East from 01-04 February 2010. The title is "Bringing Global Quality to a Local Context". Experts engaged in the implementation of excellence in eLearning are invited to share their experiences and practices.

Call for Papers and Key Timelines
Individuals wishing to present papers and case studies at the forum are kindly asked to submit a 150-word abstract, together with a brief resume to: elexforum@hbmeu.ae before 01 August 2009.
The Technical Committee will review abstracts and select authors from whom a full paper will be invited on or before 20 September 2009.
Full papers must be received on or before 01 November 2009.
Corporate showcase and exhibition opportunities enabling companies to present recent developments will also be available throughout the 2010 Forum, in addition to poster presentations.
