ICT in Natural Science Education
Siauliai (LT), March 2012 - Participants are warmly invited to the international scientific conference "Information & Communication Technology in Natural Science Education" taking place 07-11 November 2012 in the conference centre of Siauliai University in Siauliai, Lithuania.
Conference Themes include, but are not limited to
- digital literacy and natural science education (NSE)
- ergonomic, ecological, philosophical, psychological, social and didactical aspects of using ICT in the NSE process
- the possibilities of using virtual, mixed, and added reality in the NSE process
- hypotheses and perspectives for history and historical epistemology of science in science education
- learning and teaching robotic science and IT devices in science education.
Individuals interested in contributing to the Conference are invited to present a paper or an interactive poster or offer a workshop.
The final submission of a manuscript is scheduled for 30 September 2012 but early presentation is highly advisable. Early-bird registration ends 30 June 2012 and late registration 25 September 2012.
The event is organized by Siauliai University, Faculty of Education, Natural Science Education Research Centre.
