New Speakers for Upcoming Speexx Exchange Conference
Munich (GER), November 2020 - The global HR and L&D community is meeting for Speexx's first-ever all-virtual Speexx Exchange event, taking place 02 December 2020. The company has announced the addition of exciting new speakers to its lineup.
This year’s edition of the annual Speexx Exchange conference will explore the acceleration of digital transformation in this "new normal." Top industry experts and thought leaders in the fields of HR and L&D will be coming together virtually to discuss best practices and lessons learned from the fundamental changes happening in the workplace - with everyone shifting to all digital almost overnight.
This will be the tenth edition of Speexx Exchange, in which, similar to other years, more than 200 HR and talent-management delegates from across twenty countries will assemble (virtually) for insightful conversations on learning transformation and technology. To comply with health and safety regulations, the event will be entirely remote, with participants having the opportunity to experience engaging networking and workshops via online breakout sessions and live chats with both other attendees and speakers alike.
In addition to moderator Laura Overton, an international speaker, author, and facilitator - as well as the Founder of Towards Maturity and its former CEO - Speexx Exchange will be co-hosted by Jo Cook, an instructional designer and classroom facilitator who specializes in virtual classrooms, webinars, and live online technology. Indeed, Jo Cook is an expert in and familiar with online events, and she will be a valuable contributor to the virtual experience of Speexx Exchange.
Another exciting new speaker added to the list will join Speexx Exchange from Mexico's Universidad Tecmilenio. Montserrat Ventosa is VP Talent, Wellbeing and Purpose at Universidad Tecmilenio, and she will be discussing specific tools at Speexx Exchange that HR and talent managers can apply to their organizations to ensure a happier, more productive, and healthier workplace of the future - an especially crucial topic at this uncertain point in modern history.
Speakers at this year's event represent a variety of nationalities and companies - spanning healthcare, academia, professional social networks, the automotive and manufacturing sectors, science, and more.
A detailed program with speaker bios is available on the Speexx Exchange website, which is constantly being updated with new additions to the agenda.
