Litmos Appoints Eric Vermillion as CEO

San Ramon, CA (USA), March 2026 - Litmos has appointed Eric Vermillion as chief executive officer, effective immediately. He succeeds Michelle Benfer, who led the company through a transition period and will remain on the Board to support strategic priorities and long-term direction.

Litmos said Vermillion brings experience leading enterprise software businesses through growth and global expansion. His appointment comes as the company positions its AI-powered learning platform to support skills development, compliance and product adoption at scale.
