OEB 2026: Call for Proposals is Now Open
Berlin (GER), March 2026 - The Call for Proposals for OEB 2026 is now open, inviting you to shape the conversation on the future of digital learning at this year’s conference and exhibition, which will take place from 2-4 December 2026, in Berlin, Germany. Under the theme "Sovereign Learning: Trust, Agency & the Education Reset," OEB 2026 examines how learning systems must evolve in a period of profound technological, economic and institutional transformation.
Across structural reform, digital strategy, AI in practice, assessment, higher education, workforce capability and governance, the programme will explore how institutions integrate technological advancement without weakening judgement, agency or social resilience.
The agenda for the 2026 edition of the event will cover a wide range of topics, including:
