TicTac Learn Acquires Distrisoft to Enter French Market
The deal supports TicTac Learn’s strategy to build a consolidated European learning ecosystem. The company expects revenues to grow by more than 30 per cent, exceeding SEK 500 million in 2026 following the acquisition.
Distrisoft, a France-based reseller and distributor of learning technologies, brings an established customer base and local market expertise. Its portfolio includes platforms such as Articulate and Vyond, alongside training, licensing and support services for enterprise clients.
The combined group will now serve 6,000+ corporate customers across seven countries in Northern Europe, adding France as a new strategic hub alongside existing operations in the Nordics and the DACH region.
TicTac Learn said the acquisition strengthens its ability to offer a unified ecosystem of platforms, content and services across multiple markets. The enlarged offering includes technologies such as Articulate, Vyond, Docebo and Skillhabit, alongside AI-driven learning tools.
The acquisition also aims to enhance consulting, localisation and support services for enterprise learning teams, while accelerating product innovation and multi-market delivery.
The move reflects ongoing consolidation in the European learning technology market, as providers seek scale, broader portfolios and regional coverage to meet demand from multinational organisations.
