Human Asset Launches gAImify Hub for Adaptive AI-Powered Workplace Learning

Thessaloniki,(GR), April 2026 - Human Asset has announced gAImify Hub that helps organizations create personalized, adaptive, and practice-based training through AI-assisted design, open-ended scenarios, real-time simulations, and human-in-the-loop review.

The platform enables HR and L&D teams to begin from ready-made templates and tailor training to organizational context, role requirements, competency frameworks, and workplace challenges. This allows organizations to create customized learning journeys that reflect their own language, values, and performance expectations.

Among its core capabilities, gAImify Hub supports:

  • Customized using organizational data
  • Adaptive quizzes with immediate feedback
  • Open-ended scenarios with coaching-style guidance
  • Gamified learning journeys
  • Real-time AI avatar simulations for natural voice interaction

These capabilities are designed to make digital training more relevant, more interactive, and more closely connected to workplace performance.

The platform is intended for organizations, academies, and training providers that want to strengthen skill development in areas such as interviewing, onboarding, giving feedback, leadership communication, coaching, customer interaction, and other performance-based capabilities.

"AI creates major opportunities for personalisation, adaptive learning, and realistic practice, but the quality of the learning experience still depends on design," said Dimitris Tolis, CEO of Human Asset. "With gAImify Hub, our focus is on helping organisations create learning that is more interactive, more contextualised, and more closely connected to real workplace performance." As a practical first step for organizations, Human Asset also offers inSCORM AI, a complementary solution that enables many of the core features of gAImify Hub to be embedded within legacy SCORM courses already in use. This allows organizations to enhance existing digital learning with AI-powered support, adaptive functionality, and more interactive learner experiences, without the need for a full redesign from scratch.
