"Working for and with others requires an understanding of people and how our tendencies impact those interactions," said Suzie Bishop, VP of Product Development. "Harnessing that knowledge and understanding of self and others makes us more effective leaders that get results and fuel engagement."
The 8-hour course applies the synergies between DiSC® and the Situational Leadership® Model, optimizing the leader’s influence approach based on the follower’s DiSC® style. The DiSC® Behavioral Model measures an individual’s dominant behavioral style across four key areas and provides customized insights regarding the learner’s style, strategies for engaging with others and preferred pace and environment.
Through the Everything DiSC® Management assessment and profile, discussion and peer learning, participants will develop a deeper understanding of what drives or derails them and others, as well as make intentional adjustments that positively impact their interactions with superiors, co-workers and direct reports.
